★★★★★ZenaOh wow! Loved this story - for me it is the best in this series! Oh, the heart-wrenching angst and fabulous second chance for love for Juliet and Christopher, the cuteness of the little boy and of course the grandmother who is just too good a character to believe! Then we have the rest of the family members too. Love them, all. This story had me laughing and weeping- it was just so emotionally touching!
★★★★★Fanosse23Bree Wolf has once again written a beautiful second chance at love story and I cannot impress enough that this is a fun loving, romantic series worth reading!

ABOUT BREE
BREE WOLF is a USA Today bestselling author and award-winning word wizard, who is rarely seen without a book in hand or fingers glued to the keyboard.
Beautiful second chance love story. Grandma Edie is at it again but this time it is Christopher and Juliet who find their lives turned upside down. Secrets and misunderstandings abound between this wonderful couple. I really enjoyed this book.
Thus far I have enjoyed reading all of the books of The Whickerton's In Love series. Since each sibling within the Whickerton family has had unique personalities and challenges, each story was different and their individual issues had to be addressed. No surprise that Troy and Nora's story in Once Upon an Accidentally Bewitching Kiss, is also unique with a lot of challenges.
Without getting into story details, this second chance story of friends-to-lovers is all about the characters. It is a stand alone read, with some details carried over from the prior book(s). As with all of the other books by Bree Wolf, this one is clean, well-written and it has a very happy ending.
Other than the length, and the inordinate amount of introspection, I enjoyed this book. I especially enjoyed the last fifteen chapters and the epilogue.
Content 411: Other than some kissing and implied intimacy, this is a clean read.
Although part five of The Whickertons in Love series, Once Upon an Achingly Beautiful Kiss is a sweet and well written standalone read by Bree Wolf.
This second chance love story is simple, but with some serious secrets to reveal.
All of the characters are delightful. Heroine, Juliet, clothes her strength in a quiet gentleness, while Christopher, the insecure hero, has many regrets but a strong desire to rekindle the relationship he once shared with Juliet. Even the supporting characters are both lovable and charming. By the time I read the very sweet ending and sigh epilogue,
I look forward to a second chance love story for the last Whickerton sibling.
Content 411: This is a clean read with NO swearing or sex – Only sweet kisses.
Disclosure: I received a complementary of this book from the author via BookFunnel. I am voluntarily submitting my honest review.
This was the story I have been waiting for ever since meeting this wonderful family- LADY JULIET BEAUMONT is finally going to get her turn at a happy ever after. Every book has had the oldest sister Juliet, always off in a corner taking care of grandma Edie. She's never seen on the dance floor as each one of her sisters has found love. But the Dowager Countess of Whickerton or Grandma Edie to her family, is up to her old tricks again as she plans to bring that special someone into Juliet's life.
The prologue introduces the close relationship that Juliet had with her best friend Kit. She was his emotional support and he knew her every expression. So when Kit's older brother Sebastian is killed in a riding accident leaving Kit or Christopher as the heir to the Earldom, Juliet knows she will need to comfort him. His parents have always treated him differently than his two siblings and the death of his father's favorite son didn't change that situation only made it worse. Whatever had gone on between father and son seems to have driven Christopher away from his home breaking Juliet's heart.
CHRISTOPHER HURST, now the EARL OF LOCKHART, left England six years before, turning his back on his friendship with the Whickerton family especially with his best friend Juliet. Being called home by The Dowager to attend Harriet's wedding has him regretting all of the lost years not being with his best friend, who he had finally realized was the woman he loved. Discovering that Juliet has never married - he is hoping to have a second chance with her but he may be too late as grandma Edie has invited another man to visit during the same time.
Juliet does not want to get her hopes up about Christopher as he seems to be intent on leaving again and he has not been truthful with her about his reasons that he has stayed away. Will Christopher finally reveal all of the secrets that has been keeping them apart?
I received a copy of this book from the author and this is my honest unbiased review.
I received "Once Upon an Achingly Beautiful Kiss" from WOLF Publishing and Bree Wolf and voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. This is the 6th book in the Whickertons in Love series, and it may be the best yet.
This is Lady Juliet Beaumont and
Christopher Hurst, the Earl of Lockhart's story. Two people who have known each other so well and for so long, that their lives are interlocked, but fate separates them. We see how actual life sometimes determines our hopes and dreams. Juliet hides herself by taking care of her grandmother, while her family continues to evolve; the world around her moves on and she remains rooted. This is a true love story of determination and I received "Once Upon a Devastatingly Sweet Kiss" from WOLF Publishing and Bree Wolf and voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. This is the 4th book in the Whickertons in Love series.
Bradley Jackson, Duke of Clements, must marry before his 30th birthday if he wishes to retain ownership of one of his beloved ancestral homes. Lady Harriet Beaumont, youngest daughter of the Earl of Whickerton is an independent, carefree but exuberant, caring and nurturing young lady. In this story, we see two opposites in almost every way form an attraction, where two worlds collide and make the impossible possible. We also see and feel the nuances of the importance of women's independence, as well as how one person can be our source of strength, and who means everything to us.
Bree Wolf is an exceptional author. This story captivated me in its uniqueness and I am truly looking forward to reading the next Whickerton sibling's love story..
