The dynamic between the Duke of Clearford and Lady Emma Blackwood was both charming and emotionally rich, with moments of quiet intimacy that spoke louder than any grand declaration.
Beyond the romance, I also appreciated the layers of intrigue woven throughout the plot. A missing sister, a mysterious library, and a trip to Scotland all added a sense of adventure that kept me engaged without overwhelming the character-driven heart of the story.
